Low season: 600 euros per week

June-September & school holidays: 800 euros per week

High season (July-August): 1100 euros per week

Cleaning: In addition, a cleaning package can be offered at €120

Rental conditions:

​

Only payment (check or bank transfer) of the deposit constitutes a reservation.

50% deposit required upon booking, the balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Deposit of 800.00 euros (by bank authorization not debited from your account, returned upon exit inventory, subject to no deterioration)

- Household deposit 120€.

The inventory takes into account a restitution in a state of initial cleanliness. Otherwise, the cleaning fee is 120.00 euros.

The number of occupants is contractual. No tent on the plot.
